CITY OF ROSEVILLE ORDINANCE NO. 1117 * * * * * * * AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 14.130 PROVIDING FOR DATES OF ERECTION AND REMOVAL OF POLITICAL SIGNS The City Council of the City of Roseville does hereby ordain: I. Section 14.040 of the City Code of the City of Roseville is amended to read as follows: 14.040. Flashing Siqns Prohibited. signs giving off intermittent or rotating beams shall not be permi tted in any district. Where the message or graphic content of a sign can be changed by mechanical or electronic means, such message may not change more than once every twenty-four hours except messages displaying time and temperature. I. section 14.130 of the City Code of the City of Roseville is amended to read as follows: 14.130 Political Siqns. 1.
