<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1118 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECION 14.040 FLASHING SIGNS <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does hereby <br />ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />section 14.040 of the City Code of the City of Roseville is <br />amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />14.040. F1ashinq Siqns Prohibited. <br /> <br />Signs giving off intermittent or rotating beams shall not be <br />permitted in any district. Where the message or graphic <br />content of a sign can be changed by mechanical or electronic <br />means, such message may not change more than once every <br />twenty-four hours except messages displaying time and <br />temperature. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from <br />and after its passage and publication. <br /> <br />PASSED by the City Council of the City of Roseville this <br />26th day of October , 1992. <br /> <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Ci~ <br />
