<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1120 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF <br />ROSEVILLE, BY AMENDING THE ZONING MAP PURSUANT TO SECTIONS <br />16.010, 16.020, 16.030 AND 16.040, BY RECLASSIFYING CERTAIN REAL <br />PROPERTY FROM SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT (R-1) TO PLANNED <br />UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD). <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to sections 16.010, 16.020, 16.030 and <br />16.040 of the Zoning Code of the City of Roseville, the property <br />owner filed an application with the City Manager in the form of a <br />written request to rezone from Single Family Residence District <br />(R-1) to Planned unit Development (PUD), certain real property <br />hereinafter described lying and being in the City of Roseville, <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission upon due notice held a <br />public hearing on said matter on the 10th day of March, 1993, and <br />made its recommendation to the city Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council after due notice held a public <br />hearing on said matter on the 22nd day of March, 1993 at its <br />regular meeting; and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO SAID HEARING AND THE ABOVE <br />PROCEDURE: <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />That the Zoning Map of the City of Roseville is hereby <br />amended by reclassifying the following described property from, <br />Single Family Residence District (R-l) to Planned unit <br />Development (PUD): <br /> <br />Lot 3, Asylum Outlots except the East 120 feet thereof. <br />Lot 4, Asylum Outlots <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />This Ordinance sh~ll take effect and be in force from and <br />after its passage and publication. <br />
