Roll Call <br /> Mayor Roe called the meeting to order at approximately 6:00 p.m. Voting and Seating <br /> Order: Laliberte, McGehee, Willmus, Etten and Roe. City Manager Patrick Trudgeon <br /> and City Attorney Mark Gaughan were also present. <br /> 2. Pledge of Allegiance <br /> 3. Approve Agenda <br /> Councilmember McGehee requested removal of Items d, g and i from the Consent Agen- <br /> da for separate consideration. <br /> Willmus moved; Etten seconded, approval of the agenda as amended. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Laliberte, McGehee, Willmus, Etten and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> 4. Public Comment <br /> Mayor Roe called for public comment by members of the audience on any non-agenda <br /> items. No one appeared to speak. <br /> 5. Council Communications, Reports, and Announcements <br /> Mayor Roe announced that Roseville "Choosing Civility" training for the community <br /> sponsored by the Roseville Human Rights Commission, for participants to learn ways to <br /> sharpen their civility skills and explore belief systems; learn how to strengthen communi- <br /> cation skills, and reinforce team work and individual responsibility. The training is <br /> scheduled for Saturday, September 19 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., and a light lunch will <br /> be provided at the Roseville Library, 2180 Hamline Ave N, Roseville, with spots availa- <br /> ble for 60 registrants and RSVP registration with the library available at <br /> www.rclreads.org/events-and-classes. Contact the Roseville Human Rights Commission <br /> at 651-792-7023 or kari.collins@cityofroseville.com if you have questions. <br /> Mayor Roe announced ongoing classes through the City's Roseville University providing <br /> opportunities to learn how local government works and to obtain details of behind-the- <br /> scenes operations. Mayor Roe advised that September classes would feature the Fire De- <br /> partment with courses in operations 101, emergency management, and a fire 101 offering <br /> a broader perspective of the Fire Department, with classes on September 22, 23, 24 and <br /> 29, 2015 from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. Mayor Roe noted that the classes are free, but sign-up is <br /> available by contacting City Clerk Kari Collins at 651/792-7023 or via e-mail to ka- <br /> ri.collins@cityofroseville.com; as well as on the City's website, including showing other <br /> course offerings. <br />
