In looking at the survey Vogel recently had done, it appears that several abutting properties on the north may have <br /> fence posts and outbuildings that encroach on Vogel's land. We will be making a final determination on that and <br /> contacting those property owners down the road. We are not asking the city to do anything about possible set back <br /> violations at this time. <br /> Thomas told Bonnie Vogel that the s no g_;3-3 t 'ma t;e council will open this up for public discussion tonight. If, <br /> however, the council intends to hear from the neighbors or their representative this evening I will be there to speak for <br /> Vogel.
