Xcel perform a "safety cut" along the power line, even though Vogel never actually intended to construct the <br /> new fence along the property line. <br /> After 16 months of waiting a wondering each time we see a survey crew, tree trimmers, fencing contractors or a <br /> number of other people peering through the fence along our backyard, I don't think the residents are being <br /> unreasonable in seeking enforcement of the agreed upon conditions. Electrical contractors were able to do <br /> extensive power line work to install new heavy-duty lines and equipment to the renovated facility.
