<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1121 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF <br />ROSEVILLE, BY AMENDING THE ZONING MAP PURSUANT TO SECTIONS <br />16.010, 16.020, 16.030 AND 16.040, BY RECLASSIFYING CERTAIN REAL <br />PROPERTY FROM THREE AND FOUR FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICTS (R-4) TO <br />TWO FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT (R-2). <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to sections 16.010, 16.020, 16.030 and <br />16.040 of the zoning Code of the City of Roseville, the property <br />owner filed an application with the City Manager in the form of a <br />wri tten request to rezone from Three and Four Family Residence <br />District (R-4) to Two Family Residence District (R-2) , certain <br />real property hereinafter described lying and being in the City <br />of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission upon due notice held a <br />public hearing on said matter on the 8th day of July, 1992, and <br />made its recommendation to the City Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council after due notice held a public <br />hearing on said matter on the 27th day of July, 1992 at its <br />regular meeting; and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO SAID HEARING AND THE ABOVE <br />PROCEDURE: <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />That the zoning Map of the City of Roseville is hereby <br />amended by reclassifying the following described property from, <br />Three and Four Family Residence District (R-4) to Two Family <br />Residence District (R-2): <br /> <br />Lot 7, Block 4, Gottfried Plat 2, according to the <br />recorded plat thereof Ramsey county, Minnesota. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and <br />after its passage and publication. <br />
