<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1123 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 87.150 OF THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY <br />OF ROSEVILLE BY CHANGING THE VIOLATION TO CONSTITUTE A <br />"MISDEMEANOR" AND NOT "PETTY MISDEMEANOR. II <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, does <br /> <br />hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />Section 87.150, paragraph 3, of the City Code of the City of <br /> <br />Roseville is hereby amended as follows: <br /> <br />3. A violation of this section shall constitute a <br />misdemeanor.
