EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 14th day of September, 2015, at 6:00 p.m. <br />The following nnembers were present; Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, McGehee, Roe <br />and the following were absent: None. <br />Member Willmus introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption; <br />RESOLUTION NO. 11257 <br />A RESOLUTION SUBMITTING THE HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY, IN <br />AND FOR THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, SPECIAL PROPERTY TAX LEVY ON REAL <br />ESTATE TO THE RAMSEY COUNTY AUDITOR FOR THE FISCAL YEAR OF 2016 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville. <br />Minnesota, as follows: <br />The request of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority, in and for the City of Roseville, for a <br />special levy per Minnesota Statues Section 469.033, is hereby authorized in the amoul�t of $0.00 to be <br />collected in 2016 for the purposes of Minnesota Statutes Section 469.001 to 469.047. <br />The motion for the adoption of the forgoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member <br />McGehee and upon vote being talcen thereon, the following voted in favor: Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, <br />McGehee, Roe <br />and the following voted against: None. <br />
