Councihnember McGehee suggested there only needed <br />to be a simple tally of the total number of responses received and listing a range of basic <br />topics would suffice. <br />Understanding Councilmeinber McGehee's intent, Mayor Roe opined it should be less of <br />a task for staff, and suggested the City's Communication staff could include such a brief <br />noted in an upcoining newsletter thanking residents for their responses and simply in <br />broad bnish strolces indicating the number of cards received and the variety of topics cov- <br />ered. <br />City Manager Trudgeon duly noted that staff direction; however, he advised that the <br />deadline for this next issue had already passed. <br />
