<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1132 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 151.090 OF THE CITY CODE OF THE <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE RELATING TO ADMINISTRATIVE PENALTIES FOR LIQUOR <br />LAW VIOLATORS. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, does <br /> <br />hereby ordain: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Section 151.090 of the City Code of the City of Roseville is <br /> <br />hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />151.090. Violations. <br /> <br />1. Penal tv for Noncompliance. In addition to any <br />criminal penalties which may be imposed by a court <br />of law, the City Council may suspend a license for <br />up to sixty (60) days, may revoke a license and/or <br />may impose a civil fine on a licensee not to exceed <br />two thousand dollars ($2,000.00) for each violation <br />on a finding that the license holder or its employ- <br />ee has failed to comply with a statute, rule, or <br />ordinance relating to alcoholic beverages, nonin- <br />toxicating malt liquor or wine. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Minimum Penal tv. <br />less than: <br /> <br />In no event shall a penalty be <br /> <br />(a) For a first violation, the mandatory minimum <br />penalty shall be the administrative penalty <br />imposed pursuant to City Code Section 3.010, <br />et seq. <br /> <br />(b) For a second violation in twelve (12) months <br />the mandatory minimum penalty shall be suspen- <br />sion for two (2) days. <br /> <br />(c) For a third violation in twelve (12) months <br />the mandatory minimum penalty shall be suspen- <br />sion for five (5) days. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Hearinq and Notice.
