Our services for this <br />project will include contract adi�ni_ni.stiation, observation, construction surveying, and as-built plan <br />prepararion. We understand that the City wi]1 contract sepaiately with a construction testing fum to <br />provide material testing for the project. <br />PROJECT UNDERSTANDING <br />The project will construct an urban section roadway along the Twin Lake Parkway alignment <br />between Prior Avenue and Fairview Avenue. SRF Consulting Group, Inc. will be responsible for <br />Contractor oversight/observation of removals, grading, drainage, storm sewer, ciry utilities and <br />stabilization. We understand that tl-us project will use local funding and will requite a standard level <br />of detail and accuracy in quantity documentation and construction observation. <br />We, at SRF, understand that in order to complete a successful project, the correct team of <br />professionals must be available to complete all project tasks. We will plan to staff this project with <br />inspectors and testers that have relevant levels of technical certificarions, and are familiar with <br />industry standard inspection procedures and the Mi7DOT State Aid for Local Transportation <br />Schedule of Materials Cont�-ol. <br />With SRF completing the design for this project, we have detailed knowledge of the project.
