City staff and officials are authorized to take all actions necessary to perform the City's <br />obligations under the Purchase/Sale Agreement and the Access and Parking Easement <br />Agreement as a whole, including without limitation making payments for the property <br />purchase, consultants and closing costs outlined in the agreements and execution of any <br />documents necessary to execute these agreements. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member <br />and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereo£ , , <br />, and Mayor . <br />and the following voted against the same: . <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
