Attachment B <br />unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed, provided it complies with the provisions of <br />Section 7. <br />10. AUTHORITY. Each person executing this Agreement, by his or its execution hereof, represents <br />and warrants that he or she is fully authorized to do so, and that no further action or consent on <br />the part of the party for whom he or she is acting is required for the effectiveness and <br />enfarceability of this Agreement against such party following such execution. <br />11. BROKER'S FEES. Each of the parties represents and warranis that there are no claims for <br />brokerage commissions ar finder's fees (collectively "Real Estate Commissions") in connection <br />with this Agreement, and agrees to indemnify the other party against, and hold it harmless from <br />all liabilities arising from any such claim, including without limitation, the cost of attorneys' fees <br />in connection therewith. <br />12. NOTICES.
