<br />EXTRACT OF MEETING MINUTES <br />OF <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice, a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Roseville, State of Minnesota, was duly held <br />on the 24th day of January , 1994, at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mastel, P. Johnson, Goedeke, <br />Wiski and V. Johnson, , and the following <br /> <br />members were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member P. Johnson <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 9043 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE TO <br />ADOPT AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A PROCEDURE FOR ADJUDICATING <br />ADMINISTRATIVE OFFENSES AND PROVIDING FOR A SCHEDULE OF OFFENSES <br />AND ADMINISTRATIVE PENALTIES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Roseville has adopted <br />an ordinance establishing a procedure for adjudicating administra- <br />tive offenses and providing for a schedule of offenses and <br />administrative penalties, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said ordinance authorizes the City Council, from time <br />to time, to identify administrative offenses and establish <br />penalties for such offenses. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council does hereby <br />resolve: <br /> <br />1.
