EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE ,:�� Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the Sth day of October, 2015, at 6:00 p.m. The following members were present: McGehee, Willmus, Laliberte, Etten and Roe; and the following were absent: None. Member Willmus introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION No. 11260 RESOLUTION r�WARDING BIDS FOR PROJECT ST-15-14 TWIN LAKES PARKWAY PHASE 3 PROJECT WHEREAS, pursuant to the advertisement for bids for the improvement, according to the plans and speci�cations thereof on file in the office of the Manager of said City, said bids were received on Wednesday, September 30, at 11:00 a.m., opened and tabulated according to law and the following bids were received complying with the advertisement: Contr.actor Bid Amount Forest Lake Contracting, Inc. $2,570,712.80 Me er Contracting, Inc. $2,667,101.44 Parlc Construction Company $2,706,562.04 New Loolc Contracting $3,070,799.40 Contractor Bid Amount WHEREAS, it appears that Forest Lake Contracting, Inc. of Forest Lake, Minnesota, is the lowest responsible bidder at the tabulated price of $2,570,712.80. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota: 1. The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with Forest Lake Contracting, Inc. for $2,570,712.80 in the name of the City of Roseville for the above improvements according to the plans and specifications thereof heretofore approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the City Manager. 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders
