<br />D. Precious jewelry, gems and metals, in- <br />cluding coins containing precious metal; <br /> <br />E. Artist signed or artist attributed works <br />of art; <br /> <br />F. Guns; <br /> <br />G. Any item not included in A-F, above, <br />which the pawnbroker or precious metal <br />dealer intends to sell for more than two <br />hundred dollars ($200.00), except furni- <br />ture and kitchen or laundry appliances. <br /> <br />H. All oversized items, currently licensed <br />by the State (such as, but not limited <br />to, watercraft, motor vehicles and <br />trailers) which are subj ect to <br />redemption, which are stored in a <br />facility outside of the City. <br /> <br />I. Any item purchased at wholesale for <br />resale. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />Daily ReDort Forms. <br />submitted to the City <br />contain all of the <br />required in paragraph <br /> <br />The daily report forms <br />Police Department shall <br />following information <br />1 above. <br /> <br />5. Police Order to Hold Property. Whenever the <br />City Police Department notifies the pawnbroker <br />or precious metal dealer not to sell an item, <br />the item shall not be sold or removed from the <br />licensed premises until authorized to be <br />released by the Police Department. <br /> <br />6. Holding Period of Pawnbrokers. Any item sold <br />or pawned to a pawnbroker for which a report <br />to the police is required under paragraph 5 of <br />this section shall not be sold or otherwise <br />transferred for thirty (30) days after the <br />date of the sale or pawn. However, an indi- <br />vidual may redeem an item pawned seventy-two <br />(72) hours after the item was received on <br />deposit by the pawnbroker, excluding Sundays <br />and legal holidays. <br /> <br />7. <br /> <br />Receipt.
