CITY O� ROS�VOLL�. <br />MINNES�TR, <br />N�JTICE OF P17�L9C <br />FIEAARIN(a CONCEFiI�ING <br />CENTIJRYLINK CABLE <br />TELEVISiON FRANCHISE <br />ORD9NAN�E <br />The North Suburban <br />Communications Commission <br />(the "Commission"), on behalf of <br />the City of Roseville, Minnesota <br />(the "City"), has reviewed a cable <br />television franchise application <br />from CenturyLink to provide cable <br />communications service in the City. <br />The Commission has negotiated and <br />recormmended for approval a cable <br />television franchise to the City. <br />The City, as part of the cable <br />television franchise process, <br />will open . a public . hearing on <br />November 9, 2095. The public <br />hearing will coenmence a4 6:00 <br />p.m., or as soon theeeafter as <br />individuals and/or organizations, <br />including:;; �CeniuryLink, may be <br />heard, at 4F1e, City Flall Council <br />Chambers, located at 2650 Civic <br />Center De. For directions to the City <br />Council Chambers or any questions <br />regarding the public hearing, the <br />public may contact Kari Collins at <br />651-792-7023, or Coralie A.
