11) Food/Sanitarian Inspection Report - A copy of the most recent Ramsey County Department of Health Food/Sanitarian Inspection Report shall be submitted with license application. It shall include all actions taken to comply with the inspection reports. 12) License fees, as per Section 100 of the City Code, shall cover all annual City administration and life/safety expenses and inspections. 13) Noise levels ttom machinery or customers shall be identified in a noise plan. Such noise shall not cause a disturbance to adjacent and surrounding uses which would cause the normal operation of said uses to be damaged or unreasonably disturbed. Section 3. Section 8.330 of Chapter 8 of the City code is hereby amended to read as follows: Section 8.330. Delete 8.330.2 (amusement establishments, pool halls) from permitted uses. Section 5. Summary approved. The City Council hereby determines that the text of the summary marked "Official Summary of Ordinance No. 1144" a copy of which is attached hereto clearly informs the public of the intent and effect of the ordinance. The City Council further determines that publication of the title and such summary will clearly inform the public of the intent and effect of the ordinance. Section 6. Filing. The City Manager shall file a copy of this ordinance in the Manager's office, which copy shall be available for inspection by any persons during regular office hours. Section 7. Publication. The City Manager shall publish the title of this ordinance and the official summary in the official newspaper of the City with notice that a printed copy of the ordinance is available for inspection by any person during regular office hours at the Office of the City Manager.
