AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 1203 OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE GRANTING A FRANCHISE TO QWEST BROADBAND SERVICES, INC., D/B/A CENTURYLINK, TO CONSTRUCT, OPERATE, AND MAINTAIN A CABLE COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEM IN THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE. The City Council of the City of Roseville adopted Ordinance No. on November 16, 2015 which is summarized as follows: The Roseville City Code, Title 1202 Cable Communications Franchise has been amended to grant a franchise to Qwest Broadband Services, Inc., d/b/a Centurylink, to construct, operate, and maintain a cable communications system in the City of Roseville; setting forth conditions accompanying the grant of the franchise; providing for regulation and use of the system and the public rights-of-way in conjunction with the city's right-of-way ordinance, if any, and prescribing penalties for the violation of the provisions herein. A printed copy of the ordinance is available for inspection by any person during regular office hours in the office of the City Manager at the Roseville City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota 55113.
