We wanted to introduce ourselves �nd our ideas for de�veloping our open eacant land. Site We have vacant land located at t 415 Coutnty Road B West {comer of County Road B and A1bert S�reet) in Raseville that was farmerly a skilled care center. This locatio� is ideal for senior hoe�s�ng as it has exaellent access to shapping, servie�s, transportation, and health care. Our market research has indicated a strong dernand for affardable rental senior housing. In addition, this project will heip meet the needs af the Rosevilie Housing and Neighborhoad plan_ The vacan.t site is about 2 acres. The former skilled care center was owned by the Soeiety and was demolished in 2Q10. Qur preliminary plan is ta build a 3 story apar�znent building that will have 60 units t�at wiil consist of 1 and 2 bedroom unixs. The Society has heen d�oing some �eighborhood autreach to obtain input c�n a�nenities and services. A preliminary site plan and elevat�an will be pr4vided. The Societv The Society is one of the largest not-for-profit providers of senior care and se�vices in the United States with more than 24p locations acrass the county that include ski�ledOrehab care, independent senior living, assisted and m�r�o�ry care housing, �nd home az�d caminunity based services. Headquartered in Siou�c Falls, 5outh Dakota., the Society is a Narth Dalcata 501(c) {3) not-for-profit carporatian that was formed in 1922. An experienced affordable housing develaper and manager, the Society E�as wor�ed with HUD for over 30 years to develop 27 Section 202 or Section �3fi properties as well as fa�r tax credit projects. Additianally, the Society has in constr�ction or near compaetion of fve tax credi� projects (9% rehab in Nebraska, R%a new const�ctian in South Dakota, 4% rehab in .Arizona, 4%o rehab in Texas, and 4% reha� in Baise).
