Department Approval <br />Item Description <br />L��� <br />�}� <br />REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION <br />Date: November 16, 2015 <br />Item No.: l l .d <br />City Manager Approval <br />Receive Update on Roseville Block Nurse Program Reinvention Task <br />Force <br />BACKGROUND <br />At the October 6, 2014 City Council meeting, the City Council authorized the formation of the <br />Roseville Block Nurse Program Reinvention Task Force. Sara Barsel, Co-Chair of the Task <br />Force will be presenting an update to the City Council on the Task Force's work this past year. <br />Extensive information about the Task Force's work is included in Attachment A. <br />POLICY OBJECTNES <br />One of the goals of Imagine Roseville 2025 is that support the health and wellness of community <br />members.
