<br />D. Micro Cell <br />A transmitter/receiver system used to communicate with a <br />subscriber's handset. Typically with a range of 600-1000 <br />meters. <br /> <br />E. Pico Cell <br />A transmitter/receiver system used to communicate with a <br />subscriber's handset. Typically with a range of 200-600 <br />meters. <br /> <br />F. Cell Site <br />The location of a transmitter/receiver and backhaul <br />network interface which provides telephonic or <br />telecommunications type service to customers. These <br />locations include single pole mounted <br />transmitter/receiver units, strand mounted <br />transmitter/receiver units, transmitter/receiver units <br />located on new or existing antennas or structures, <br />transmitter/receiver units located in buildings and on <br />roof tops. <br /> <br />G. Local Access Transport Area (LATA) <br />The geographic area and communication system in which the <br />City is located and in which the local exchange carrier <br />or any subsequent telephone company is authorized by the <br />state Public Utilities Commission to provide local <br />exchange access telecommunications services. <br /> <br />H. Local Telephone Service <br />The access to a local franchised telephone system, and <br />the privilege of telephonic quality communications with <br />substantially all persons having telephone or radio <br />telephone stations constituting a part of such local <br />telephone system; or any service or facility provided in <br />connection with a service described above. <br /> <br />The term "local telephone service" does not include any <br />service which is a toll telephone service; personal <br />communications service; private communications service; <br />cellular mobile telephone or telecommunication service; <br />regulated mobile telephone or telecommunications service; <br />regulated mobile radio, or pagers and paging service, <br />including but not limited to, "beepers" and any other <br />form of mobile and portable one-way or two-way <br />communication; or telephone typewriter or computer <br />exchange service. <br /> <br />I.
