EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 26ti' day of October 2015 at 6:00 <br />p.m. <br />The following Members were present: McGehee, Willmus, Ette, Roe <br />Council Member McGehee introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 11269 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE COMPREHENSIVE LAND <br />USE PLAN MAP FROM HIGH-DENSITY-RESIDENTIAL (HR) TO COMMUNITY <br />MIXED iJSE (CMU) AT 2805 — 2837 FAIRVIEW AVENUE, 2830 FAIRVIEW AVENUE, <br />AND 1633 —1775 TERRACE DRIVE (PROJ0026) <br />WHEREAS, City of Roseville has initiated the process to change the Comprehensive <br />Plan's land use guidance pertaining to the entirety of the subject properties identified as: <br />PIN: 04-29-23-31-0018 <br />PIN: 04-09-23-31-0017 <br />PIN: 04-29-23-42-0030 <br />PIN: 04-29-23-42-0043 <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission held the public hearing regarding the <br />renewal of the interim use on September 2, 2015, tabled action until a special meeting held on <br />September 17, 2015, and ultimately voted 5— 0 to recommend approval of the request based on <br />the information and findings provided with the staff report prepared for said public hearing, as <br />well as testimony offered at the public hearing and special meeting. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, approve the <br />amendment to the Comprehensive Plan from "HR" (High-Density Residential), to "CMU" <br />(Community Mixed-Use) for properties assigned Parcel Identification Numbers 04-29-23-31- <br />0018, 04-29-23-31-0017, 04-29-23-42-0030, and 04-29-23-42-0043, subject to the following <br />subsequent actions: <br />a. Review and comment by the Metropolitan Council; and <br />b. Passage and publication of an ordinance properly and consistently rezoning the <br />subject parcels <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Etten and upon vote being talcen thereon, the following voted in favor: McGehee, <br />Willmus, Ette, Roe; <br />and none voted against. <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
