EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE �� Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 16t" day of November, 2015, at 6:00 p.rn. The following members were present: McGehee, Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, Roe and the following members were absent: None. Councilmember McGehee introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION No. 11271 FINAL CONTRACT ACCEPTANCE COUNYTY B-2 AND VICTORIA STREET SIDEWALK PROJECT BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of tl�e City of Roseville, as follows: WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City on March 14, 2014, T, A. Schifsky and Sons, Inc, of St. Paul, Minnesota, has satisfactorily completed the improvements associated with the County Road B-2 and Victoria Street Sidewalk Project contract. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, that the work completed under said contract is hereby accepted and approved; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City Manager is hereby directed to issue a proper order for the final payment of such contract, taking the contractor's receipt in full; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the one year warranty period as specified in the contract shall commence on November 16, 2015. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Etten and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: McGehee, Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, Roe and the following voted against the same: None. WHEAREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
