They met again on October 29 to review and discuss a <br />summary of clubhouse options. <br />Included in your packet is a spreadsheet withoptions, an option narrative and a schematic <br />of a clubhouse and shop from 1994 with similar functions. Please review and be prepared <br />to share your thoughts at the meeting. <br />It is anticipated that a discussion will occur at your jointmeeting with the City Council on <br />Monday, November16, 2015. <br />Please be prepared to provide your input andguidance. <br />Requested Commission Action: <br />Update, discussionandguidance. <br />Joint Meeting Discussion <br />5. <br />Your periodic joint meeting with the City Council will be on Monday, November 16 <br />at the City Council regular meeting. The City Council meeting begins at 6:00 p.m. and it is <br />expected to be nearthe first presentation item on the agenda.Typically you have organized <br />at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall to be ready to meet when the City Council item comes up. <br />Included in your packet for your review and adjustment is a draft Request for City Council <br />Action (RCA). Please be prepared to add or delete items as you see appropriate. <br />The enclosed RCA and draft Park Dedication Use of Funds Policy are anticipated to be <br />included in the City Council packet. <br />Please mark your calendars for Monday, November 16, 2015. <br />Requested Commission Action <br />: Discuss and finalize information and approach for your <br />joint meeting with the City Council <br />Fee Discussion <br />6. <br />This is a topic that was identified for discussion during your joint meeting with the City <br />Council. <br /> <br />
