The vacation applies only to the easement which lies within the real property described in <br />Provision 1 above which were dedicated to the City by deed and not to: (a) the rights of <br />existing utilities, if any, and (b) any other easements running to or benefiting the City of <br />Roseville or the Metropolitan Council. <br />3. Contingent upon the establishment of new drainage and utility easements platted on this <br />property, the City Manager is directed to execute and record a Notice of Completion of this <br />vacation proceeding pursuant to Minnesota Statutes §412.851. The vacation authorized by <br />this Resolution shall not be effective until the Notice of Completion is recorded in the office <br />of the Ramsey County Recorder. <br />The motion was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: ; and and the following voted against: <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
