<br />10:00 p.m.; provided further, that the <br />minor possesses written permission from <br />his/her parent or legal guardian autho- <br />rizing the minor to attend or engage in <br />that specific activity. <br /> <br />12. Attending an official school, religious, <br />or recreational activity supervised by <br />adults at least twenty-one (21) years of <br />age and sponsored by the City, a school, <br />church, civic organization or other simi- <br />lar entity, which organization takes <br />responsibility for the minor as an invi- <br />tee, or going to or returning from, any <br />such activity without any detour; provid- <br />ed further, that the minor possesses <br />written permission from his/her parent or <br />legal guardian authorizing the minor to <br />attend or engage in that specific activi- <br />ty. <br /> <br />2. It is a defense to prosecution under Section <br />166.020 that the owner, operator or employee <br />of an establishment promptly notified the <br />police department that a minor was present on <br />the premises of the establishment during <br />curfew hours and refused to leave. <br /> <br />166.040. Enforcement. Before taking any enforce- <br />ment action under this section, a police officer shall <br />ask the apparent offender's age and reason for being in <br />a public place.
