Where there is conflict between the underlying and overlying district <br />standards, the most restrictive shall apply. <br /> <br />18.040.1 Lot Area and Width Standards. The minimum lot area, width and depth <br />requirements of the underlying land use zoning district within the City Code shall apply provided <br />that not more than 25% of the lot area may be included in any wetland area to meet the minimum <br />lot area dimension. <br /> <br />11 <br />
