Attachment A <br />City of Roseville <br />12-7-15 <br />Page 4 <br />(K) PUD Cancellation — In the unlikely event a PUD needs to be eliminated, this section will guide the <br />City process. <br />(L) Administration — This section includes some generalized language we like to include in our <br />ordinances: protection from the 60-day rule due to procedures, and regulations on preconstruction <br />within a proposed PUD. <br />Next Steps <br />On the 7th, Sambatek will lead the City Council through the draft ordinance and request feedback and <br />questions on the language in its current form. We will utilize the additional feedback we receive that night to <br />draft a final ordinance to be considered at a public hearing before the Planning Commission. <br />We look forward to seeing you on Monday! <br />
