EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />����������������� <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 30th day of November, <br />201 S, at 6:00 p.m. <br />The following members were present: McGehee, Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, Roe <br />and the following were absent: None. <br />Member Willmus introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION No. 11273 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING ANTHONY A. ALDEN TO REPURCHASE 2690 <br />OXFORD ST. N. UNIT 224 OF PARK VIEW TERRACE CONDOMINIUM <br />FROM RAMSEY COUNTY <br />WHEREAS, 2690 Oxford St. N., Unit 224, Roseville, Minnesota was forfeited to the <br />State of Minnesota and Ramsey County for failure to pay taxes on August <br />l, 2015; and <br />WHEREAS, Anthony A, Alden, the previous owner of the unit has filed an application <br />with Ramsey County to repurchase the property known as 2690 Oxford St. <br />N, Unit 224; and <br />WHEREAS, Ramsey County Board Policy No. 99-507 requires that each repurchase <br />application be referred to the municipality in which the property is located <br />for a recommendation on whether the repurchase application should be <br />approved or denied.; and <br />WHEREAS, Policy 99-507 requires that the municipality document whether the <br />property is considered a municipal problem based on documented police, <br />building code, illegal activity, or health violations in the past five years.; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Roseville has reviewed their records and found no documented <br />police calls, code enforcement issues, actions of illegal activity or health <br />violations within the past five years. <br />
