2. The Public Worlcs Department shall approve easements, grading and drainage, storin water <br />management, and utility requirements as necessary to meet the applicable standards prior to <br />the issuance of any building permits related to the proposed expansion of Rosedale Mall; <br />3. Storm water improvements will be approved by the City Engineer prior to the issuance of a <br />building permit for the leasable space. The City may work with the developer and the <br />watershed district to provide additional storm water management that benefits a broader area <br />of the City; <br />4. Perinits for site improvements shall not be issued without evidence of an approved permit <br />from the watershed district; <br />5. $102,300 cash in lieu of land dedication is required for the 2.1 acre lot, which represents a <br />7% fair market value and is due to the City at the time of the plat is released for recording at <br />Ramsey County. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member <br />Etten and upon a vote being talcen thereon, the following voted in favor: McGehee, Willmus, <br />Laliberte, Etten and Roe <br />and none voted against. <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />
