City of Roseville <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1488 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SELECTED TEXT OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE, <br />SECTIONS 901.01, ADOPTION OF BUILDING CODE, 901.06, PERMITS, INSPECTIONS <br />AND FEES, 901.08, STATE SURCHARGE, AND 901.11, CONSTRUCTION DEPOSITS <br />THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE ORDAINS: <br />SECTION 1. Purpose: The Roseville City Code is hereby amended to modify/clarify specific <br />requirements within the Roseville City Code, Sections 901.01, Adoption of Building Code, 901.06, <br />Permits, Inspections and Fees, 901.08, State Surcharge, and 901.1 l, Construction Deposits. <br />SECTION 2. Sections 901.01, 901.06, 901.08, and 901.11 is hereby amended as follows: <br />901.01: ADOPTION OF CODE: <br />The �A93 most cun�ent Minnesota State Building Code (MSBC)z one copy of which is on file in the <br />office of the designated building official, has been adopted by Minnesota Statutes ��R cn +„ � �R �c as a <br />uniform building code applicable throughout the state, � ��'�"� ^ ^*',��-'����'�'��,� ^��'� ^��^�� <br />����pR���y�. The most recent revisions and subsequent amendments to such code are hereby adopted as <br />the building code of the city and incorporated in this chapter as completely as if set out in full. Permit fees shall be assessed for work governed by <br />this code and work governed by the city code.
