3. The City Manager is authorized and directed to transmit a certified copy of <br />this Resolution to the Executive Director of the EDA and to other governmental officers as <br />appropriate. <br />4. Pursuant to Section 469.100, subd. 2 of the Act, the Council directs the EDA <br />to submit the EDA's budget for each fiscal year to the City at the time designated by the City <br />Manager but no later than August 1 of each year. <br />5. Pursuant to Section 469.100, subd. 4 of the Act, the Council directs the EDA <br />to submit the EDA's written annual report to the City on or before the date of the EDA's <br />annual meeting. The Council directs the City Manager to specify the form of the report. <br />6. The Mayor, City Manager and all other officers and employees of the City <br />are authorized and directed to take whatever action and to execute and deliver such <br />documents that are necessary to give effect to this Resolution. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member <br />Etten, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />McGehee, Willmus, Laliberte, Etten and Roe <br />and the following voted against the same: none. <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />2 <br />
