6.01. The City Council will from tiine to tiine and at the appropriate time adopt <br />such ordinances and resolutions as are required and permitted by the EDA Act to give <br />full effect to this resolution. <br />6.02. The Mayor, the City Manager, and other appropriate City officials are <br />authorized and directed to take the actions and execute and deliver the documents <br />necessary to give full effect to this resolution. <br />6.03. Nothing in this resolution is intended to prevent the City from modifying <br />this Enabling Resolution to impose new or different limitations on the EDA as authorized <br />by the EDA Act. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member <br />Etten, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />McGehee, Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, Roe <br />and the following voted against the same: none. <br />WHEREUPON said resohition was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />6 <br />
