<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />AN ORDINANCE NO. 1162 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE IV, CHAPTER 407 OF THE CITY <br />CODE OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE BY REDEFINING NUISANCES; REPEALING <br />CERTAIN PROVISIONS AND REDESIGNATING OTHERS. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The City Code of the City of Roseville lS hereby <br />amended by amending Chapter 407 by amending Section 407.01, to <br />read as follows: <br /> <br />407.01. <br /> <br />DEFINITIONS: <br /> <br />A) A nuisance shall mean any act, substance, matter <br />emission or thing which creates a dangerous or <br />unhealthy condition or which threatens the public <br />peace, health, safety or sanitary condition of the <br />City or which is offensive or has a blighting <br />influence on the community and which is found <br />upon, in, being discharged or flowing from any <br />street, alley / highway, railroad right-of-way, <br />vehicle, railroad car, water, excavation, <br />building, erection, lot, grounds, or other <br />property located within the City of Roseville. <br />Nuisances shall include but not be limited to, <br />those enumerated below: <br /> <br />Subd. 1. <br /> <br />Maintains or permits a condition which <br />unreasonably annoys, injures or <br />endangers the safety, health comfort or <br />repose of members of the public; or <br /> <br />Subd. 2. <br /> <br />Interferes with, obstructs or renders <br />dangerous for passage, any public road <br />or right-of-way, street, alley or <br />highway or waters used by the public; or <br /> <br />Subd.3. <br /> <br />Is guilty of any other act or omission <br />declared by law to be a public nuisance <br />and for which no sentence is <br />specifically provided; or <br /> <br />1 <br />
