<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1164 <br /> <br />* * * * * <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE BY <br />AMENDING SECTION 1103.07 (D2) DEALING WITH CASH PAYMENT IN LIEU OF <br />PARK DEDICATION. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />Section 1103.07: D. 2. is amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Where money is paid in lieu of land, the values for residential <br />purposes shall be established by the City Council at least <br />every five (5) years by resolution.
