EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />� � � � � � � � � � � <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 7th day of December, 2015 at 6:00 p.m. <br />The following members were present: Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, McGehee and Roe; and the following <br />were absent: None. <br />Member McGehee introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 11280 <br />RESOLUTION SUSMITTING THE FINAL PROPERTY TAX LEVY <br />ON REAL ESTATE TO THE RAMSEY COUNTY AUDITOR <br />FOR THE FISCAL YEAR OF 2016 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, as <br />follows: <br />The City of Roseville is submitting the following tax levy on real estate within the corporate limits of <br />the City to the County Auditor in compliance with the Minnesota State Statutes. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Etten and upon <br />a vote being talcen thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Etten, McGehee and Roe and the <br />following voted against the same: Willmus and Laliberte. <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
