<br />10. Support buildings to house switching and other communication <br />equipment shall have a brick exterior, be a maximum of 200 square <br />feet in size, twenty four feet (24') in height and have two off street, <br />paved parking spaces. <br /> <br />II. A building permit shall be required for the construction of new <br />antennas and/or towers and shall include wind loading and strength <br />and footing calculations prepared by a Minnesota registered engineer. <br /> <br />12. Exception: Antennas attached to, but not above, the exterior walls of <br />buildings as an integral part of the architecture shall be a permitted <br />use in all "B" Business and "I" Industrial districts. <br /> <br />B. Height Limitations: <br /> <br />The height limitations stipulated elsewhere in this Code shall not apply to: <br /> <br />1. Church spires. <br />2. Belfries. <br />3. Cupolas and domes which do not contain usable space. <br />4. Monument. <br />5 . Water towers. <br />6. Fire and hose towers. <br />7. Observation towers. <br />8. Flag poles. <br />9. Electrical transmission towers. <br />10. Chimneys. <br />II. Smokestacks. <br />12. Parapet walls extending not more than three feet (3') above the <br />limiting height of the building. <br />13. Cooling towers. <br />14. Grain elevators. <br />IS. Elevator penthouses. <br /> <br />C. Exception to Height Exemption: If, in the opinion of the Community <br />Development Director, such structure would adversely affect adjoining or <br />adjacent property, such greater height shall not be authorized except by the <br /> <br />4 <br />
