<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1169 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 311 OF THE CITY CODE REGULATING <br />PAWNBROKERS. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, does <br /> <br />hereby ordain: <br /> <br />Chapter 311 of the City Code lS amended, as follows: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Section 311.02 of the City Code of the City of Roseville lS <br /> <br />amended to correct the definition of "precious metals" to read as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />Section 311.02. <br /> <br />Definitions. <br /> <br />Precious Metals: <br /> <br />Silver, gold or platinum. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />Section 311.09 A of the City Code of the City of Roseville lS <br /> <br />amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />A. Record Keeping: At the time of a <br />receipt of an item of property, <br />whether sold or pawned, the pawnbro- <br />ker or precious metal dealer shall <br />immediately record, on compute disc <br />or in a book or journal which has <br />page numbers that are preprinted and <br />in an indelible ink, the following <br />information: <br /> <br />1. An accurate description of the <br />item of property including, but not <br />limited to, any trademark, identifi- <br />cation number, serial number, model <br />number, brand, brand name or other <br />identifying mark on such item; <br /> <br />2. The date and time the item of <br />property was received; <br />
