State and County Highway Requirements: Where the proposed driveway is to be <br />constructed so that it opens into any street designated as either a Minnesota <br />State, Ramsey County or U.S. trunk highway, all additional specifications of the <br />appropriate highway departments will apply. <br /> <br />III. <br /> <br />Effectuation.
