<br />II <br /> <br />The City Code of the City of Roseville is hereby amended by amending <br />Section 302.03, paragraph E to read as follows: <br /> <br />E. Insurance not required: <br /> <br />Section 302.03 C does no apply to licensees who by affidavit establish that <br />they are not engaged in selling any intoxicating or non-intoxicating malt liquor <br />in Central Park and that: <br /> <br />(1) they are on-sale 3.2 percent malt liquor licensees with sales of less <br />than $10,000.00 of 3.2 percent malt liquor for the preceding year; <br /> <br />(2) they are off-sale 3.2 percent malt liquor licensees with sales of less <br />than $20,000.00 of 3.2 percent malt liquor for the preceding year; <br /> <br />(3) they are holders of on-sale wine licenses with sales of less than <br />$1 0,000.00 for wine for the preceding year; or <br /> <br />(4) they are holders of temporary wine licenses issued under law. <br /> <br />III <br /> <br />This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and <br />publication. <br /> <br />PASSED by the City Council of the city of Roseville, this 28th day of October, <br /> <br />1996. <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />Jr ity Manager <br />
