<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Ordinance No. 1176 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE TO <br />PROVIDE FOR UNIFORM PROCEDURES FOR PUBLIC HEARINGS BY AMENDING <br />CERTAIN SECTIONS OF CHAPTERS 1004, 1005, 1008,1013,1015,1016, AND 1102. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />Chapter 1004, Section 1004.01, subparagraph F is amended as follows: <br /> <br />1004.01: F. 3 c. The application shall be referred to the City Council who shall set a time <br />and place for a public hearing. The procedure shall be that as is set forth in Chapter 108. <br /> <br />1004.01: F. 3 d is repealed. <br /> <br />Section 1004.01 F. 3 e is renumbered as F. 3 d. <br /> <br />d. The Chief Code Enforcement Officer shall provide a report to the City Council and <br />after hearing the matter the City Council may grant or reject the issuance of a <br />permit. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />Chapter 1005, Section 1005.01, paragraph C is hereby amended to read as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1005.01 : <br /> <br />C. Building Height: Building height in business districts shall be limited to three <br />(3) stories, except in B-1 districts wherein the following limitations shall <br />apply: <br /> <br />Where buildings are within one hundred fifty feet (150') of a residential <br />zone, such buildings shall be limited to the average height of existing <br />residential buildings within one hundred fifty feet (150') of a proposed B-1 <br />building. The City Council may grant a conditional use permit for a building <br />in a B-1 District to be a maximum of three (3) stories upon application of a <br />petitioner and holding of a public hearing under the procedures set forth in <br />Chapter 108.
