<br />Ordinance Number 1178 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE, SECTIONS 100502,C (THE B-1 ZONING DISTRICT), <br />100503,B (THE B-IB ZONING DISTRICT) AND 1005.04,C (THE B-2 ZONING DISTRICT) TO ALLOW <br />VETERINARY CLINICS TO BE PLACED IN A B-1, B-1 B, OR B-2 ZONE WITH A CONDITIONAL USE <br />PERMIT. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does ordain: <br /> <br />Section 1. Section 1002.02 (Definitions) is hereby amended as follows: <br /> <br />"Veterinary Clinic" shall mean a veterinary care facility for small animal diagnostic and surgical <br />procedures, owned and managed by on on-site State of Minnesota licensed veterinarian. A <br />veterinary clinic shall not mean kennels for normal lodging or training of animals. <br /> <br />Section 2. Section 100502,C is hereby amended as follows: <br /> <br />Veterinary clinics shall be classified as a conditional use within the B-1 zone. <br /> <br />Section 3. Section 1005.03, B is hereby amended as follows: <br /> <br />Veterinary clinics shall be classified as a conditional use within the B-1 B zone. <br /> <br />Section 4. Section 1005.04,C is hereby amended as follows: <br /> <br />Veterinary clinics shall be classified as a conditional use within the B-2 zone. <br /> <br />Section 5. Effective Date.
