<br />Ordinance Number 1179 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE, CHAPTER 10 (ZONING), BY <br />CHANGING THE ZONING MAP DESIGNATION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTIES <br />WITHIN THE SOUTHWIND OF ROSEVILLE PLAT FROM AN "R-1" SINGLE FAMILY <br />RESIDENTIAL ZONE TO A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT ZONE. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does ordain: <br /> <br />Section 1.Real Property Rezoned Pursuant to Section 1015 (Zoning Amendments) <br />and Section 1008 (Planned Unit Developments) of the City Zoning Code of the City of <br />Roseville, and after the Planning Commission held a public hearing (PF2885) with due <br />notice on March 12, 1997, the following properties are hereby rezoned from "R-1" Single <br />Family Residential to Planned Unit Development: <br /> <br />The plat of Southwind of Roseville , also legally described as: the East 25 feet of the <br />South 138.50 feet of Lot 1, together with Lots 3, 4, 5, 6, and 8 through 15, Block 1, <br />ZEECE ADDITION, according to the recorded plat thereof; and that part of <br />Albemarle Court, as dedicated in ZEECE ADDITION, Ramsey County, Minnesota, <br />vacated per Resolution No. 9407; and Lot 1, Block 1, THORNTONS ADDITION, <br />according to the recorded plat thereof, except that part of the North 150 feet of said <br />Lot 1 lying Easterly of the West 80 feet of said Lot 1 and except the South 240 feet <br />of said Lot 1 and except the East 147 feet of said Lot 1; subject to easement. <br /> <br />Section 2. Planned Unit Development Agreement #1179 Approved The <br />Planned Unit Development standards as outlined in the attached Planned unit <br />Development Agreement, adopted for this, site shall be in addition to all other applicable <br />zoning requirements for this site. <br /> <br />Section 3.
