<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 309.03 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />ORDINANCE 1180 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 309.03 ALLOWING UP TO FOUR <br />MASSAGE THERAPISTS IN A LICENSED LOCATION AND AUTHORIZING MASSAGE <br />THERAPISTS IN HEALTH CLUBS. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />Paragraphs A and B of Section 309.03 of the City Code of the City of Roseville <br /> <br />are amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />309.03: <br /> <br />GRANTING, DENYING OR RESCINDING OF <br />LICENSES: <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />Zoning Compliance: Licenses may be granted only to <br />establishments associated with and operating within the <br />confines of and incidental to a properly zoned beauty parlor <br />or health club. <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />Number of Therapists per Establishment: No more than <br />four (4) massage therapist individual licenses will be issued <br />to any business establishment. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />This ordinance shall be m force and effect from and after its passage and <br /> <br />publication. <br /> <br />PASSED By the City Council of the City of Roseville, this 28 thday of <br /> <br />April <br /> <br />, 1997. <br /> <br />A~ <br /> <br />CITY MANAGER ~ <br /> <br /> <br />u/melisd/wp/roseville/1011.18ordinances/amend.309 <br />
