<br />Ordinance Number 1184 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE, CHAPTER 10 (ZONING), <br />BY CHANGING THE ZONING MAP DESIGNA TION OF CERTAIN REAL <br />PROPERTIES WITHIN THE GA TEWA Y BUSINESS PARK PLA T <br />FROM AN IIB_6" OFFICE PARK ZONING DISTRICT <br />TO A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT ZONING DISTRICT <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does ordain: <br /> <br />Section 1. Real Property Rezoned Pursuant to Section 1015 (Zoning <br />Amendments) and Section 1008 (Planned Unit Developments) of the City Zoning Code of <br />the City of Roseville, and after the Planning Commission held a public hearing (PF2888) <br />with due notice on April 9, 1997, the following properties are hereby rezoned from "B-6" <br />Office Park to Planned Unit Development: <br /> <br />The plat of Gateway Business Park, also legally described as: part of the North Half <br />of the Southeast Quarter, Section 8, T29-R23, and the South Half of the Southeast <br />Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, Section 8, T29-R23, Ramsey County, Minnesota, <br />except those portions taken by the State of Minnesota for highway purposes, <br />(property identification numbers 08-29-23-42-0006 thru 0011, 08-29-23-42-0014, <br />08-23-41-0001 thru 0009, and 08-29-23-14-0005, and more specifically described <br />in Attachment A). <br /> <br />Section 2. Planned Unit Development Agreement #1184 The Planned Unit <br />Development standards adopted for this site shall be in addition to all other applicable <br />zoning requirements for this site. <br /> <br />Section 3.
