This includes checks processed through the City's payroll and accounts payable <br />systems. <br />Traditionally, the Mayor, City Manager, and Finance Director have been designated as authorized <br />individuals. <br />POLICY OBJECTIVE <br />The designation of official bank signatories is required under State Statute. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACTS <br />Not applicable. <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff Recommends that Mayor Dan Roe, City Manager Pat Trudgeon, and Finance Director Chris <br />Miller be designated as ofiicial signatories for 2016. <br />REQUESTED COUNCIL ACTION <br />Adopt the attached resolution designating the Mayor, City Manager, and Finance Director as official <br />signatories for 2016. <br />Prepared by: Chris Miller, Finance Director <br />Attachments: A: Resolution designating the Mayor, City Manager, and Finance Director as ofircial signatories for 2016 <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
