Set the commission appointment calendar: <br />• January 11 — Interview returning commissioners (if applicable). Authorize staff to <br />advertise for commission vacancies with a February 22 deadline for applications. <br />• January 25 — If applicable consider applications of commissioners who were re- <br />interviewed, and reappoin� and/or declare additional vacancies. <br />• March 7— Interview new commission applicants before regular meeting.
