<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1185 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, <br />AMENDING SECTION 407.05 OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE CITY CODE <br />BY DELETING SURPLUS LANGUAGE. <br /> <br />The City Council of Roseville ordains: <br /> <br />Section 1. That Section 407.05 of the City Code is hereby amended <br />to read as follows: <br /> <br />407.05: CITY COUNCIL MAY ENFORCE: <br />The City Council may enforce the provisions of this Chapter and <br />may, by resolution, delegate to other officers or agencies power to <br />enforce particular provisions of this Chapter, including the power to <br />inspect private premises. The officers charged with enforcement of <br />this Chapter shall take all reasonable precautions to prevent the <br />occurrence and continuance of public nuisances. (Ord. 320, 6-9-61; <br />amd. 1995 Code;) <br /> <br />Section 3. Publication. The City Manager shall publish the title of <br />this ordinance in the official newspaper of the City with notice that a printed <br />copy of the ordinance is available for inspection by any person during <br />regular office hours at the Office of the City Manager. <br /> <br />Section 4.
